A strong recovery in sales in China is beginning to fire up Jaguar Land Rover again. Britain’s biggest automotive employer, with a workforce of more than 30,000 in the West Midlands and on Merseyside, is also beginning to raise its game in the electrified car market, reporting that 12 per cent of its deliveries were of plug-in electric vehicles in its most recent quarter.
